Aaron Finn — President and CEO

Aaron co-founded AdReady in 2006 with the goal of empowering marketers of any size to easily and effectively advertise online. He has focused on making AdReady a pioneer in the fast-growing display advertising sector. Prior to AdReady, Aaron launched ia Interactive Inc, a traditional online advertising agency and consulting service that included clients like Quicken Loans and Real Networks. Aaron was a founding executive of Classmates Online, where he served as Vice President of Customer Acquisition and Business Reporting & Analytics. From 1999 through 2004, he had full responsibility for growing and managing Classmates’ customer acquisition programs and online marketing budget, which, during his tenure, consistently ranked as one of the ten largest in the world. Aaron began his career in the commercial banking industry and holds a B.A. in Business from the University of Iowa.

Mark Feldman — Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development

Mark directs AdReady’s revenue initiatives, manages the sales organization, and builds partnerships with leading online publishers. Mark was Vice President of Network Development at AOL before joining AdReady, where he was responsible for evaluating and closing strategic business relationships with leading technology companies, publisher partners, and advertisers. Mark also played an instrumental role in transforming AOL into a leading, diversified advertising business through his leadership in over $1 billion in acquisitions, including the major agreement with DoubleClick. During his eight-year tenure at AOL, Mark led business development efforts on behalf of multiple AOL business units, including MapQuest, AIM/ICQ, Search, Marketing, Product, and Advertising Operations. Prior to AOL, Mark practiced law at Latham & Watkins, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate representation. He received a law degree from the Boston College School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.

Jamie Lomas — Vice President, Sales and Strategic Partnerships

Jamie manages AdReady’s direct revenue initiatives, including sales and client services for AdReady DIY, AdReady Premium, and AdReady for Agencies. He brings more than fourteen years of experience in online media sales, business development, and marketing. Before joining AdReady, Jamie was Vice President of National Sales for United Online Inc (NASD: UNTD), where he was responsible for US online media revenue. Prior to United Online, Jamie managed the online media business unit for Classmates.com. Early in his career, Jamie worked in business development and product management for Internap Network Services (NASD: IIP). From 1994 to 1999, he worked in a variety of sales and marketing roles with Visio Corporation (acquired by Microsoft). Jamie graduated with a BA in economics from the University of Washington and currently serves on the Broadband, Sponsorship, and Terms and Conditions Committees for the Internet Advertising Bureau. In addition, he has been a guest lecturer on the UWTV television network and has participated as a speaker at many industry events.

Teresa Kotwis — Vice President, Finance

Teresa oversees all aspects of AdReady’s finances, including corporate accounting, tax matters, and financial analysis. Teresa also leads AdReady’s human resources team. Prior to AdReady, she served as Corporate Controller for Onyx Software, with responsibility for worldwide SEC reporting, tax compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Teresa was also the Vice President of Finance & Administration for Classmates Online, where she built and led a team that was responsible for accounting, legal issues, financial analysis, and treasury and cash management. She graduated summa cum laude and earned a BS in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

David Sliwa — Vice President, Engineering

David drives AdReady’s operational and technical initiatives and provides leadership to the technical and engineering teams. He has over 10 years experience developing large scale database applications. Prior to AdReady, he served as Development Manager at Classmates Online where he designed and developed the Company’s advertising referral database that tracks performance across 400 publishers and 20,000 advertising sources simultaneously. Also at Classmates, David managed the team of engineers who architected, developed and maintained Classmates’ core email functionality. Distributing and managing seven million emails each day, the system is one of the largest on the Net. Most recently, his team was leading the implementation of a data warehouse engine to support Classmates’ content aggregation and distribution initiatives rapidly and efficiently across 100 million registered members. Previously, David served as Co-Founder of ListPool.com, a site for storing and sharing user-generated lists. David has a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa.

Tom Wilson — Vice President, Operations

Tom leads the product team at AdReady, and he is responsible for development of AdReady’s industry-leading product platform. In addition, he oversees advertising operations and creative asset development. Prior to joining AdReady, Tom led online customer acquisition efforts for several products for United Online. His focus was on managing a small team to achieve strict campaign performance goals. Tom’s experience has been across multiple online marketing channels, including display ads on Networks and Portals, Search PPC, Organic SEO, and Affiliate campaigns. He has worked extensively on developing customized third party ad serving and targeting solutions. During his career, Tom has managed the successful execution of more than $100 million dollars in online marketing. Tom earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Iowa. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and earned an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
